Due to continued growth, the business is seeking experienced CabMaster Drafters to join their drafting team. These roles are critical in converting design concepts and architectural documentation into accurate manufacturing drawings and cut lists, supporting seamless production outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Interpret architectural and construction drawings to produce accurate shop drawings Develop detailed, production-ready joinery drawings using CabMaster Generate cut lists, hardware schedules, and CNC-ready data for manufacturing Collaborate with internal departments (design, production, installation) to resolve technical queries Ensure materials, hardware, and specifications are correct prior to manufacture Work to meet production schedule targets and maintain drafting accuracy and efficiency To Be Successful, You Will Have: Trade or tertiary qualification in Cabinetmaking, Joinery, Wood Machining, or a related discipline Demonstrated experience drafting in CabMaster within a joinery or cabinetmaking environment Strong ability to read and interpret architectural plans and detailed joinery documentation High-level attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently and accurately Strong communication and problem-solving abilities What's in it for You: This organisation has been operating for over 15 years and prides itself on its supportive, collaborative, and family-oriented culture.
